At the end of the workshop you will know 5 simple steps that will start your transformational journey to health and happiness. A PDF copy of the workshop will be distributed to these who attend.
You will get practical tips and several recipes to enjoy your kefir more.
Those of you who do not have a kefir grains will have an opportunity to get some (subject to availability). Please indicate on your ticket confirmation that you need kefir grains.
19:00 – Registration and Welcome drink – special kefir green smoothie is waiting for you on arrival.
19:15 - Educational talk on how to achieve healthier and happier life followed by practical tips how to make and look after kefir (diary milk and other methods).
